About Pixelzmint
An Offshore Advisory Built on Substance, Not Salesmanship
Pixelzmint operates from Kakamega, Kenya, serving investors across East Africa who require internationally credible, fully documented offshore structures.
What Pixelzmint Does, in Plain Terms
A clear account of the firm's scope, geography, and the clients it serves.
Pixelzmint is an offshore investment advisory firm incorporated and operating in Kakamega, Kenya. The firm helps individual investors, family offices, and owner-managed businesses establish and maintain legally sound offshore structures in credible international financial centres, including Mauritius, the British Virgin Islands, the UAE freezone environments, and Jersey. The advisory covers four interconnected disciplines: entity structuring, international banking introductions, regulatory compliance maintenance, and strategic advisory on jurisdiction selection, succession, and exit planning. Clients are drawn primarily from Western Kenya — Kakamega, Kisumu, Eldoret, and Nakuru — as well as Nairobi-based investors seeking a boutique alternative to large advisory networks. The firm does not manage investment portfolios, execute trades, or hold client funds at any point; it advises on the legal and compliance architecture within which clients hold and transfer their own assets. Since 2018, Pixelzmint has completed over 60 offshore mandates and maintained ongoing compliance retainers for more than 35 active client structures.
How the Team Works — and Where Pixelzmint's Limits Lie
Process, professional values, and an honest account of what this firm will not do.
Every engagement begins with a structured intake session — typically ninety minutes — during which an adviser maps the client's asset profile, income sources, residency status, and intended purpose for the offshore arrangement. This session informs a written mandate scope, which is shared with the client before any fees are committed beyond the initial assessment. The firm maintains correspondent relationships with licensed Corporate Service Providers and regulated banks in each jurisdiction it covers; these relationships are disclosed to clients, and Pixelzmint does not receive undisclosed referral commissions. The team of four advisers brings collective experience across international tax law, compliance management, and cross-border corporate administration. Engagements are documented in English to a standard that Kenya-based advocates, accountants, and counterparty banks can rely upon without translation or reformatting. Pixelzmint does not advise on domestic Kenyan tax disputes, immigration, or cryptocurrency arrangements. Results in banking and regulatory processes depend on external factors — including individual bank decisions and jurisdiction-specific regulatory timelines — that the firm cannot guarantee. Where an outcome is uncertain, advisers say so in writing.

“What distinguished Pixelzmint from other advisers I consulted was their willingness to tell me what they could not do. They explained clearly that Jersey banking was not appropriate for my asset level and directed me to Mauritius instead. That kind of candour is uncommon in this industry and it earned my confidence immediately.”
